Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using Sentimento.io website and services (the "Service") operated by Sentimento.io ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Subscription Payments
Access to our Service is provided through subscription-based payments. When you subscribe to our Service, you agree to recurring monthly charges based on your chosen plan.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Free Trial
Sentimento.io may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). During the Free Trial, you can explore the Service without any obligation to provide payment details. Upon expiration of the Free Trial, you may continue using the Service by subscribing to one of our plans.
Sentimento.io reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer or (ii) cancel the Free Trial offer at any time without notice.
Fee Changes
Sentimento.io may modify subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any fee changes will be communicated to subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after fee changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
For existing subscribers, fee changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Sentimento.io.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, and share certain content ("Content"). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You own the rights to the Content or have the necessary permissions to use it. The Content does not violate any applicable laws or rights of third parties.
You retain ownership of the Content you post, but by posting it on the Service, you grant Sentimento.io a license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the operation of the Service.
Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
Intellectual Property

Termination

Sentimento.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
